Meet YourLoan OfficerAndrew DiNobile

My name is Andrew DiNobile and I am a licensed mortgage Loan Originator and Reverse Mortgage Specialist licensed in New York, Connecticut and New Jersey. My interest in mortgages began over 20 years ago when I picked up a book called “Mortgages for Dummies” and became instantly intrigued. In fact, I read the book 3 times I liked it so much. In the fall of 2003 I began my mortgage career as a funder and closer and since then, I have worked at several different companies and have held positions such as processor, processing manager, underwriter, underwriting manager, underwriting trainer and now loan originator.

What makes me somewhat unique from other loan originators is my knowledge and experience. Typically most loan originators are sales people and come from many different sales type backgrounds. I am a processor and underwriter by trade, not a salesperson. I am very well versed in underwriting guidelines and loan processing and I am able to not only educate and explain the loan process accurately and thoroughly, but also obtain the correct and necessary documentation up front and underwrite a file before it even gets to processing. The pre-approvals are essentially pre-underwritten and eliminate any surprises during the loan process much more quickly and efficiently since everything was collected up front and calculated accurately.

I receive accolades from processors and underwriters alike for the quality and completeness of my loan files. A mortgage is the largest financial transaction most people will make in their lives and I pride myself on being able to deliver piece of mind and education to all borrowers.
