Chad Hartsfield’s journey in the mortgage industry has been a remarkable and fulfilling one that began in April of 1999.  Chad started with his first reverse mortgage over 15 years ago when his wife’s
Grandmother asked about a reverse mortgage for herself.   Chad immediately said “No”, but that he would do his research on them and get back to her that upcoming weekend.   He was surprised to learn that “Dave Ramsey” was totally wrong on his thoughts when it came to a reverse mortgage.   Chad learned that not only was this a good product for his Grandmother, but this was a great tool for financial planners.   

Chad’s life took a significant turn when he met Terra, the love of his life. After three years of dating, they took their relationship to the next level and tied the knot in 2006. Little did they know that their union would not only be a lifelong commitment to each other but also a lifelong partnership in their professional endeavors.

From the very beginning of their marriage, Chad and Terra decided to work together. They realized that their combined skills and knowledge in the mortgage industry could be a potent force. This decision marked the inception of a thriving partnership that continues to this day. As a team, they travel across the United States, imparting their expertise to financial planners and Realtors, helping others navigate the intricate world of reverse mortgages.

In addition to their thriving professional partnership, Chad and Terra share a rich and rewarding personal life. They are blessed with four children who bring joy, laughter, and love into their home.

Their family has recently been graced with twin grandchildren, and news from another daughter that they will be grandparents again in 2025, which will make 5 grandkids total.  While their professional lives keep them on the move, Chad and Terra make sure to cherish moments of leisure and relaxation. They share a deep love for the Arkansas Razorbacks and are avid fans of every Razorback team. Whether it’s cheering for their favorite team at the stadium or watching the game from the comfort of their home, the couple’s enthusiasm for the Razorbacks is infectious.

Another one of their shared passions is spending time by the pool, enjoying sunny days and the company of family and friends. These moments offer a refreshing escape from their busy professional lives, allowing them to unwind and connect with their loved ones.

One cannot talk about Chad and Terra without mentioning their four-legged friends, Joey, Ross, and Monica. These beloved pets are an integral part of their lives, offering companionship and unwavering loyalty. Their love for their pets is evident, and the names, inspired by the famous TV show “Friends”, reveal their sense of humor and love for pop culture.

It’s worth noting that the pet “Friends” theme began with Chandler, a small bichon, who was a cherished member of their family for an impressive 15 years. Although Chandler has passed away, his memory lives on in the hearts of Chad and Terra, a testament to the deep bonds they form with those they love.
