With over two decades of experience in mortgage banking and real estate, I’ve learned that financial decisions—especially those involving home equity—are rarely just about numbers. They’re deeply personal. As a Reverse Mortgage Planner with Fairway Mortgage Carolinas, I bring a calm, clear, and consultative approach to one of the most misunderstood financial tools: the reverse mortgage. My work is grounded in education, not persuasion. I collaborate with financial advisors, estate planning attorneys, and real estate professionals to integrate home equity into holistic retirement strategies. Through my “Plan to End Well” offerings, I create space for the deeper conversations around non-legal estate planning— helping individuals and families express their values, stories, and intentions through Legacy Letters and documents outlining their final preferences. Personally, I’m in the thick of it— on the verge of being an empty nester, supporting my mom navigating Alzheimer's, saying goodbye to my dad far too early and navigating the “middle” season of life with all its complexity. I find joy in daily dog walks, morning yoga, cooking a new recipe, and deep dives into a great book or podcast. Music is my anchor and my family is my why.
