So, in dealing with Fairway, I will give them a lot of credit because they made it so down to earth and easy to go through the process and understand what exactly you need to provide for them to assess your situation.
Any questions that I had, Fairway was sending me the information and explaining the information. I enjoyed every part of it. Nervous—now, wait a minute—I was nervous, because it was a lot, but it was thorough and it was stuff that you needed to understand what you're getting into and being the sole person in my home and no one to kind of bounce this off of, they made it so that I could bounce it off of them.
Fairway sent a lot of information that you must take time to thoroughly read through. You can't just sign and pass the paper on because there was some very vital information that you need to know about this process.
Fairway was very instrumental in making sure I was clear on those things, the timeline, you know, if it had to be back by a certain time, if you had to get this or that, and how you can get it if you weren't sure how to get those things.
Fairway was very right there with me, and so I enjoyed having them there to help me because it was, it was a little spooky at first.
So, as far as my family and friends, I would definitely recommend Fairway Independent.
I have already shared that information with some family members and I will continue to do that because I believe in the product.
