Hi, I’m Jenn Sims, and I’m a passionate Reverse Mortgage Advisor and Business Owner who has spent well over two decades in the real estate space. I have been in the real estate business since 2006 and my passion is helping others with their financial needs and desires by using the Reverse Mortgage as one of the tools. Within that time, I successfully conducted over 200 deals. Soon after the market crash back in 2009, I decided to launch a company of my own called Short Sale by Design, LLC. During every transaction, I strive to be relentlessly energetic, dependable, and hard-working. Within that time, I successfully conducted over 200 Real Estate transactions which gives me the experience that being able to change and adapt to both the market and to my clients needs and making what some thought was only a dream to Reality. Real estate aside, I love spending quality time with my best friends in white Siberian husky form. These three furry companions are my world and even come to the office with me on occasion. I also love being in the great outdoors and enjoying everything Boise has to offer!
