Mike has been in the mortgage industry for more than 30 years and has worked with all types of loans in the Resale and Builder business. As a Producing manager Mike and his teams have helped thousands of families finance the purchase of their homes and have assisted clients take advantage of their home equity by using it as a financial tool specially in the 62+ community with Home Equity Conversion Mortgages. His main focus has been educating the Real Estate Professional community on mortgage tools that can increase their business by helping more families and promoting The American Heroes Initiative which is a program to help our Law enforcement, military and first responders with closing cost credits that he created. He is currently a Producing Manager for Fairway Independent Mortgage in Palm Desert which he joined in 2017. The goal for Mike is to change the way retirement is done by educating the 62+ community on how Home Equity Conversion Mortgages can improve their financial future and retirement.
