Atlanta is home. I'm a real Grady baby. I'm in a home that my grandfather built in 1948. Only the family have lived here. I'm the last of the family and I'm sort of at that age now where I'm scared about it.
I'm retired now. Didn't want that mortgage hanging over my head. I had to buy a car. And that just wasn't in the retirement budget. By doing a reverse mortgage with Fairway, it lifted the burden of a monthly payment. The pressure of the payment, it's a big burden.
Well, with Fairway, I sort of felt at home. I was very comfortable. They were very upfront and they explained everything to me beautifully. And Fairway came through for me.
This house means the world to me. I love my house. And I wanted to live here until the Lord called me home. Fairway definitely made it possible for me to keep my family's home. It's nice to be comfortable with someone that you're doing business with. And Fairway made me feel comfortable.
