Dominic DesMarais was raised on a cattle farm between the Minnesota cities of Buffalo, Monticello and Maple Lake. Growing up the youngest of six, with parents who lived through the depression era, gave Dominic “old” values. His father fought in the Pacific theater of World War II, giving him great respect for veterans. The buying and selling of livestock gave him an entrepreneurial spirit that is a value behind everything he is involved in. The financial side of business has always interested Dominic, which is why he pursued a career in marketing/sales/finance. Dominic focuses on communication with his clients and business partners. His focus is finding the right mortgage loan for the client’s financial life and goals. With this mindset along with his interest in finance and an appreciation of excellent customer service, Dominic has successfully been in the mortgage industry since 1997. Dominic is constantly seeking more education within the mortgage and financial markets to make sure his clients have access to the best products. He works with first-time homebuyers, move up buyers, dream homebuyers, investment property buyers, and people needing debt consolidation. Another key part to Dominic’s mortgage business is his expertise in working with folks 62+ years old to create an ease of mind by capitalizing on their existing equity to create financial opportunity.
