I am honored to serve as your Reverse Mortgage Expert. I consider it a privilege to serve our senior homeowners in maintaining or improving their quality of life. I was born in Dickinson, Texas , when it was a very small town just south of Houston. I am a native of this area and have seen the growth and progress over the years. I have a B.S. in Technology from the University of Houston. I am a Licensed Loan officer with the UST for licensing in all 50 states. My focus is 100% on Reverse Mortgage Loans. And now with the HECM for purchase , we are able to help seniors re-locate and purchase another home for approximately half down and no more payments.
I managed a Branch for the State of Texas’ largest medical equipment & supplies organization for underprivileged children that needed state supported help. The job was very rewarding, and that is when I truly realized: I love helping people. My life revolves around an old biblical principle of: “If you help enough people get what they want and need……you will automatically get what you want and need.”
I have been involved in the mortgage industry for many years, but mostly on the educational side, which makes sense, being a former teacher. My wife and I have been married for 48 years and together for 52. We have four children and seven grandchildren at this time. I am very pleased to represent a secure organization that has come full circle, and has similar principles: compassion and integrity in how we do our business with putting the customer first.
