Dan started in the Mortgage industry in November of 1994 with Continental Capital Corp and then relocated to Charlotte NC in 1998 and started with Waterfield Financial. In 2000, Dan went to work for Providence Mortgage. The company split after two years and he was asked to move into a management position with Tucker Federal Bank. Tucker Federal was subsequently taken over by RBC Centura and the opportunity came back around to open a location in NC for Continental Home Loans, formerly Continental Capital Corp. Dan spent six additional years with Continental. Dan then joined American Security Mortgage and after two years, he was recruited to join Fairway Independent Mortgage. Dan has been with Fairway since 2008 and manages their Union County Branch. Dan cannot say enough good things about Fairway--the management and support staff are second to none.
