I am married to my husband, Reid, together we have 4 adult children. Family is very important to us and we love spending time with our children and all of our family members. I am also a Certified Health Coach. I love staying fit and healthy. I enjoy exercising, biking, kayaking and doing anything outdoors. I want to help others be fit at 55 (and beyond) and not just with their physical health but financial health as well.
