Shannon has worked with Joan Qvigstad, a Retirement Mortgage Specialist with Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation, since 2017. As Joan's outside contracted marketing consultant and digital marketing specialist, she has had a front-row seat to the development and growth of the Reverse Mortgage division at Fairway. A Home Equity Conversion Mortgage loan is an incredible chance for seniors 62 and older to increase retirement income with the flexibility of using their home's equity and eliminating their mortgage payments. The requirements are that the borrower is 62 or older, the home is their primary residence, and that they continue to pay their property taxes, and insurance and keep up on the maintenance of their home.

As a wife and mother of six daughters and two grandsons, Shannon knows how wonderful living a blessed life can be.
