Terry Williams is a seasoned Mortgage Loan Officer with over 20 years of experience in residential mortgage loans. Terry specializes in Reverse Mortgages, but has the ability to offer all types of residential loans, including conforming, jumbo, VA, FHA, and USDA loans. He is licensed in 13 states, with access to resources for loan origination in all 50 states.
His background in accounting and finance, along with broad expertise in mortgages, allow Terry to offer options that enable Intelligent Home Ownership. This approach incorporates mortgages into his clients’ long-term financial strategies and overall financial health.
In 2019, Terry recognized the value of Reverse Mortgages and the many benefits it can provide to clients age 62+. His extensive training and experience have made him a leading expert in this mortgage tool. Terry has discovered a passion for helping seniors use their home to support their financial needs and offer the security of remaining in their home as long as they wish.
Terry has a BS in Business Administration/Accounting from Northern State University in Aberdeen SD, graduating in 1988. After graduation he moved to Omaha NE, where he worked as a Controller and Network Administrator for an international grain merchandising company, and Chief Financial Officer for a national food manufacturer. In 2001 Terry began his career in the residential loan field, working with a variety of local and national lenders. Today he represents Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation as a Mortgage Loan Officer and Retirement Mortgage Specialist.
Terry and his wife Carol call Omaha home, where they enjoy spending time with their children and four beautiful granddaughters.
